Our services carry stated fees in Thai Baht, confirmed in writing before any engagement begins. The IP registration advisory is priced at ฿11,500, real estate transaction support at ฿28,500, and the corporate governance advisory arrangement at ฿39,500 per quarter. These figures reflect the scope described and do not expand without a separate written agreement.
Where government filing fees or Land Office charges apply, these are disclosed in advance as disbursements separate from the legal fee, so clients can plan accordingly.
