How We Work
Each engagement at Thammasak begins with a consultation, in person at our Silom Road office or by appointment via telephone or video call. During that conversation, we listen to the matter, ask the questions necessary to understand the scope, and advise on whether and how we can assist.
If we proceed, the scope, fee, and timeline are confirmed in writing before any work commences. We do not begin until that agreement is in place. This protects clients from unexpected charges and ensures both parties have clear expectations.
Work proceeds according to the documented process for the relevant service area. Updates are provided at meaningful stages — when a search is complete, when a document is filed, when a government body responds. At the conclusion of an engagement, we confirm what has been completed, what the client now holds, and what follow-up may be relevant.
For ongoing arrangements such as the governance advisory, the relationship continues on a quarterly cycle with structured reports and available consultation hours between reviews.
